With over 33 years experience in project management, planning, entitlement processes and real estate deals, I am uniquely qualified to help you acquire raw land, entitle it, build it and then sell it.

San Marcos, Kyle and Buda, Texas are right in the center of a booming metropolitan area, the Austin to San Antonio corridor. All three towns have a wonderful small town atmosphere with plenty of opportunity to grow.
